By using DeveloperAccount.Space, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

DeveloperAccount.Space provides Apple Developer accounts for purchase. All accounts are delivered as described in the product listings.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed via our Telegram bot. Payment is made only after you have verified the account and confirmed it meets your requirements. We use an escrow service to protect both parties.

3. Guarantee Policy

A 7-day guarantee applies from the moment of account delivery, provided that:

• No applications were uploaded to the account
• No devices were linked
• No additional users were added

If the account is unused and gets banned within 7 days, we will provide a replacement at no charge.

4. 2FA via Telegram

After account delivery, you will be added to a Telegram chat for SMS codes. Phone numbers are active for 14 days at no charge. Renewal costs $5/month. Expired numbers may not be restorable.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

DeveloperAccount.Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
